Privacy, terms & refunds

Privacy

Without an account, your CVs, photo and job tracker are stored only in your browser on the device you use. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

With an account, your CVs (including the photo) and your job tracker are also stored on our private cloud storage so you can open them on other devices. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.

AI features (importing a CV, tailoring, translation, cover letter, LinkedIn text, interview preparation) send the relevant CV text and job description to our AI provider, Anthropic, to produce the result. Your photo is never sent. We do not use your CV to train models. Job linksare read once from our server; we respect each site's robots.txt and never bypass sign-in or anti-bot checks.

Marketing messages are sent only if you tick the email or WhatsApp box, and every message has an unsubscribe link. Email copies of your files are sent through our email provider, Resend, only when you ask.

Deleting your data: you can delete a CV from your dashboard, or delete your whole account from “My account → Delete account”. This removes your login, saved CVs, unused credits, job tracker and marketing opt-in. We keep payment records (order number, amount, CV ID) because accounting and refund rules require them.

Payments are processed by PayPal. We receive the order number and payment status, never your card details. PayPal handles your payment data under its own privacy policy.

Terms

Sira CV is operated by Sira CV.

Sira CV is a tool that helps you present your real experience. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your CV. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or results from any applicant tracking system.

Sira CV sells one-time plans per CV document: CV Builder ($4.99 USD – clean PDF and Word download), CV Pro ($9.99 – adds AI improvement and keyword analysis), Career Package ($19.99 – adds job-specific tailoring, job-match report, cover letter and job versions) and Career Plus ($29.99 – adds LinkedIn tools, interview preparation and a career action plan). Each plan includes the ones before it; upgrading costs the difference. There is no subscription. AI features have a daily allowance per CV. You may edit the same CV and download it again without paying again. A separate CV started with “New CV” needs its own plan.

Refunds

If the download does not work or you were charged twice for the same CV, email us within 14 days at nizarchakroun7@gmail.com with your PayPal transaction ID and we will refund you. Because the CV is a digital product you can fully preview before paying, we do not otherwise refund completed downloads.
